DOCTORATE DEGREE PROGRAM
Doctorate of Female Civility in Leadership
Purpose:
This program is designed to allow the student to become an expert in the specific area of Female Civility. Materials from Female Civility Leader, Prof. Ona C. Miller, access to genuine case studies, and materials from other well-known authors will be used in your course of study. This program provides a real time perspective and solutions for civility, leadership, diplomacy, and education through online dialogue. The program is meant to encourage original thinking on the subject, thus creating an expert on the subject. This work should be applied in real time throughout the learning process. Students who graduate from this program will have innovative leadership skills such as negotiation and system operation skills, which are applicable to any workplace.
Degree Requirements:
This program requires each student to have an approved Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree and have earned at least 120 to 150 credit hours with an accredited educational institution. Thirty-Six (36) 5 - Credit Hour Courses constitute 180-credit hours for this program.

The completion of a Doctoral Dissertation within two (2) years of the approval of the Dissertation Topic/Statement is required. You will submit your Dissertation Topic in your Dissertation Class.
All classes and coursework is completed online with additional virtual meetings with students and professors.
Upon Enrollment and Registration you will receive a welcome package via email and also a virtual Zoom meeting will be scheduled to answer any questions that you may have.
