As an entrePreneuse (Female Business Owner), it is important that we treat our customers as our priority because the success of any business relies heavily on the customer. However, what is even more important is the way we treat our employees. One rule for all business owners to follow is the “Golden Rule”. The Golden Rule is the principle of treating others, as one's self would wish to be treated. Do you remember how you felt as a customer when the service and/or product you received was below standards? I can recall several times where I regret the day I met some businesses and their employees. People will never forget how you made them feel and how you treat them. It can make you feel all sorts of emotions at once. It is imperative that we use the innate abilities that we possess to enhance our relationship with our employees, which will transcend to our customers. Women have the attribute to nurture, cultivate, analyze, and solve the hard challenges that are often presented in owning a business. It is our attitude towards our employees and customers that can affect the overall economic structure of our business model.
