Female Business Collaboration

Female business owners have to be determined and driven. Many entreprenueses are mothers, wives, and leaders in the community. It is a constant push and balancing act for everything that is required and expected of us. The courage and strength that is possessed by the female business owner is astounding and not to be reckoned with. However, what has been a great help is having mentors or advisers to provide sound strategy to the work life balance of female business owners. Having that extra support and accountability truly matters. It is so easy to get distracted and lose vigor, especially when an economic climate does not always agree with the mission of the female business owner. There are 48 percent of female business owners, which at one point lacked the appropriate mentor and/or adviser for their specific business venture, because availability of other female business owners capable of mentoring specific business ventures. As entrepreneuses, we have learned to build together and collaborate with one another while removing the need to compete.

Collaboration is important.

And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

Isaiah 8:10 King James Version (KJV)

Take counsel together, and it shall come to nought; speak the word, and it shall not stand: for God is with us.
